Ryan Fine is a singer/songwriter and pianist in Nashville, TN. He performs with his trio including himself (piano/vocals), Garrett Carr (bass), and Jonn Bostwick (drums). Ryan draws his influence from artists Ben Folds, Billy Joel, and Jamie Cullum.
Ryan has been writing and performing since his early high school days in Cincinnati, OH. He studied Commercial Music Production and Entrepreneurship at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. The program strengthened his skills in performance, jazz theory, production techniques, songwriting, and arranging.
While at school, he had a 10-piece band called Ryan Fine & The Media, which was an upbeat and well-dressed group playing all over Cincinnati. The band’s style was comparable to Justin Timberlake and the Tennessee Kids.
Though RF&TM was an amazing experience, he pursued a more intimate and reflective style of music. His debut solo album, Alone With Dreamers, is a group of songs reflecting on the growing pains of early adulthood: independence, relationships, and chasing a dream.
In 2017 after graduating from UC, Ryan moved right away to Nashville, TN. He landed a position at a studio on Music Row called OMNIsound Studios to get his feet wet in the production industry and to learn from the top level of talent and fast paced recording sessions.
Ryan now has a trio performing original singer/songwriter music. Keep up with recordings and shows on the website and his various social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
